We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you sign in with your Google account, use our editor, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, and any content you create within Gramotion.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you technical notices, and respond to your comments and questions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Your projects and assets are stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you signed in, track activity on our service, and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
Product Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how Gramotion is used so we can improve it. When you use the site or editor, we record events such as pages visited, projects created, animations added, AI generations, and exports, together with basic device and browser information. When you are signed in, these events are linked to your account ID, name, and email address. We may also record sessions, meaning how you interact with our pages and the editor, to find bugs and usability problems. Text you type into input fields is masked in these recordings. PostHog stores this data on servers in the European Union. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate Gramotion: Google for sign-in, Paddle for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, PostHog for product analytics, and Sentry for error monitoring. These providers have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date below.
