Feature announcement
Shipped a feature? Show it moving
Nobody reads the changelog. They do watch a six-second loop of the thing working. Build one shell, reuse it every release, and swap only the screenshot and the label.

New this weekHow it works
Three steps, start to export
The same rhythm every time — build the scene, animate it, hand over the file.
Build the shell once
A device frame, your logo, a headline slot and a callout. Save it as a scene and stop rebuilding it every sprint.
Swap the payload
Replace the screenshot and retype the label. Animations stay attached to the layers, so the motion survives the swap untouched.
Export both formats
MP4 for social and the docs site, a looping GIF for the release email. Same timeline, two exports, no re-editing.
Why Gramotion
Built for the release cadence, not the pitch deck
Announcement clips only work if making one is cheaper than skipping it. Everything here is aimed at the second, tenth and fiftieth clip.
Kinetic text, split for you
Split a headline by character, word or line and stagger it in one click. Auto layout keeps the spacing right as the copy changes length.
Layouts that survive edits
Hug and fill mean a longer feature name does not break the frame. The layout re-flows while it animates, not after.
Ask the AI agent
Describe the motion in a sentence and let the agent animate the scene for you. Then adjust the 10% you disagree with by hand.
Output
Every placement, one project
Resize a scene and its contents scale with it — so one build covers each format you need to ship.
FAQ
Questions, answered
How long does the second clip take?
Once the shell exists, usually under five minutes — you are only replacing an image and a line of text. The animations belong to the layers, not the content.
Can I keep a house style across releases?
Yes. Keep the scene with your fonts, colours and easing already set and duplicate it each time. The whole series ends up looking like one series.
Does the GIF loop cleanly?
Set the animation to restart or ping-pong and the export matches it frame for frame, so there is no visible seam at the wrap point.
